inconsistent experience needs improvement

the riad looked nice it was beautifully decorated i thought.
the shower's water pressure was weak and the temperature swung wildly it was a safety hazard really i also noticed some mold in the shower the safe was too small for a laptop i expected more for the price i paid the noise from the alley was very loud at night i struggled to sleep.

The WiFi was very unreliable. I had a hard time staying connected in my room. Also. The shower temperature fluctuated a lot. The water pressure wasn't consistent either. It was a bit annoying. These issues need addressing for a smoother stay. Breakfast wasn't as varied as I'd hoped.

the staff helped book excursions, acceptable.
The shower temperature fluctuated dangerously. the water pressure was also low. the jacuzzi on the rooftop remained out of service despite assurances it would be fixed. the indoor pool was ice cold. Nobody used it.

the staff was friendly. the location was ideal and the riad offered a clean and modern environment. the riad provided seamless transfers and excellent breakfast choices.
the wi-fi signal was intermittent and not always reliable in the rooms. i was informed of a technical issue, but it did impact my ability to work remotely.

The room I booked, a Superior Double Room, looked different from the pictures. There was no coffee maker or kettle. The breakfast was also disappointing because the portions were small. The service was slow too.
